She has consecutively ranked as the Top Producing Agent in the Clearwater Office, Premier Sotheby’s International Realty and amoung the Top 100 Agents company-wide. With over $100 million dollars in sales, Janet’s experience and service is unmatched.

Janet is originally from New York City and has made Tampa Bay her home for 9 years. She believes home ownership to be one of the greatest investments and lifelong achievements. She is known for patiently educating her customers and offering a no-pressure environment.

Janet has a Master’s Degree for Business Administration the Anderson School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from UCLA. She has worked for a major airline and owned her own luxury jewelry business. Janet has traveled the world and enjoys meeting new people and learning their cultures. Her experience has helped her sell real estate in Charlotte, Manhattan, Queens, Long Island, Dallas and the Tampa Bay areas. Her dedication to her clients is her top priority, but she finds ways to give to back her community and charities.

Janet specializes in EB-5 visa customers from China. This program allows for permanent residence, not citizenship, with $1 million in real estate purchases. She is involved with the American Cancer Society as well as the Children’s Cancer Center. Janet is a sponsor and committee member for Wine, Women and Shoes and sponsors Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Mike Evan’s Family Foundations, a nonprofit organization dedicated to making a difference in the lives of Athletes. She was a sponsor for the Cattle Baron’s Ball. Janet enjoys spending time with her husband and their English Bulldogs. She loves traveling, arts & theater, music, outdoors, sailing and cooking (Husband is a professional chef). Janet is fluent in Chinese - Cantonese and Mandarin.
